A RESOLUTION OF THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,'AUTHORIZING
RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES CONCERNING THE RENEWING OF "GENERAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLtOWS:'

SECTION.1. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that,it desires to renew
the General Services Agreement currently in effect between the County
and the City for a five-year period commencing on July 1, 1965, and
requests the Board of Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said
Agreement subject to the terms and provisions thereof and to
authorize County departments to continue to provide the services
requested pursuant to the existing -General Services Agreement'.
ADOPTED•AND APPROVED this 14th day of June, 1965.

I, TEENA CLIFTON, City Clerk of the City of Rolling Hills,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution being Resolution No.
194 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, California, signed by the Mayor of said City and attested by
the City Clerk, all at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day
of June, 1965 and that the same was passed and adopted by the following
vote, to wit:
