RESOLUTION NO. 195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS
AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Southern California
Association..of Governments Agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for the estab-
lishment of an association of county and city governments within
the Southern California Area, be and is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk shall sign
this agreement on behalf.of the City of Rolling Hills, and the City
Clerk shall forward a copy of said agreement to the County of Los
Angeles„
SECTION 3. The Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption
thereof.
