A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR.THE-CITY'OF
ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YjEAR`COMMtNCING`
JULY 1, 1965, AND ENDING JUNE 30,, 1966, AND'
FIXING T * HE AMOUNTOF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY
TAXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT =:DEPARTMENTS OF
THE CITY OF'ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL.YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills.
finds that it is necessary to adopt a budget for the ,City for'.'the-
fiqcal year commencing July 1, 1965 and ending June 30., 1966 and ,-
to fix the amount of'revenue from property taxes necessary to support
the departments
epartments of the City of Rolling Hills, in accordance with
Sectibn 51508 of the'GoVernment Code; and
WHEREAS, a.proposed budget for the City of-golling Hills
for the fiscal yeari,:1965-66 has-been 9'ubmitted'tQ the City Council
at its melting held July 12, 1965 and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to "approve and
adopt said proposed -budget;'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT.'THE.City'of'Rol - ling
Hills does adopt as a.budget for the fiscal year commencing July.1,
1965 and ending June 30, 1966, the following receipts and expendi-
tures:

of Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of California,
the amount of $87,860.00 is hereby fixed as the amount of revenue
from property taxes necessary to support the departments of the
City of Rolling Hills.for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1965
and ending June 30, 1966.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1965.
