A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JULY 1, 1967 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1968, AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY
TAXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF
THE CITY OF ROLLING.HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
finds that it is necessary to adopt a budget for -the' -City -for -the
fiscal year commencing July 1, 1967 and ending June 30,,1968 and
to fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to sup-
port ,the departments, of .the City of .Rolling, Hills,, in accordance
with Section 5.1508. of `the Government Code;.. and

WHEREAS', a °pro posed budget .for the .City ; of- Rolling Hills
for the fiscadl year,' 19.67-68 has been submitted to the. ,City .Council at
its meeting. held'July '10,' 19'.67 and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve and
adopt said proposed budget.;_
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City of Rolling Hills
does adopt as a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1967 and
ending June 30, 1968, the following receipts and expenditures:,,

of Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of California,
the amount of $142,403.00 is hereby fixed as the amount of revenue
from property taxes necessary to support the departments of the City
of Rolling Hills for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1967 and
ending June 30, 1968.
