CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK, THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY TREASURER TO NEGOTIATE WITH GATEWAY NATIONAL BANK FOR A
LOAN OF $20,000.00 FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS, INTEREST NOT TO EXCEED
3-3/4%.

Motion for approval of a resolution authorizing the Deputy
City Clerk, the Mayor and the City Treasurbr to neotiate with Gateway
National Bank for a loan of $20,000.00 for a periodof 90 days, interest
not to exceed 3 3/4% was made by Councilman'Kloin, secondod by Council-
man Sauer and carried by the following roll call vote:

The Deputy City Clerk advised that new map@ showinga common
access for both lots on the subdivision had been received anwere re-
ferred to the Board of Directors for consideration at the meeting on
_ August 15, and to the Architectural Committee for the meeting of Aug-
ust 19, and that Mr. Leonard, engineer for Mr. Pinamonti had'r@ u@@t@d
that the matter be held on the agenda until August 26 for a d@ct@ion.
The Mayor so ordered.
