02381 RESOLUTION NO. 238 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1969 AND ENDING JUNE 302 1970, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills finds that it is necessary to adopt a budget for the City for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 1970, and to fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the depart- ments of the City of Rolling Hills, in accordance with Section 51508 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the City of Rolling Hills for the fiscal year 1969-70 has been submitted to the City Council at its meeting hela*JuTy 14, 1969; and WHEREAS, the City"Council now desires to approve and adopt said proposed budget; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City of Rolling Hills �. :'-es adopt as a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1969 and Q _.in.g June 30, 1970, the following receipts and expenditures: V V ESTIMATED RECEIPTS: General Fund Property Taxes $141,500.00 Subdivision Fees 5,000.00 Building'& Other Permits 1,500.00 Variance Fees 200.00 Real Estate Transfer Tax 2,500.00 Cigarette 'Tax 4,000.00 Sales Tax 900.00 House Trailer License Fees' 125.00 155,725.00 Motor Vehicle"Act in Lieu Fund 62900.00 Motor Vehicle License Fees 12,600.00.
