RESOLUTION NO. 245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE FEES TO BE
CHARGED FOR THE CHECKING AND PROCESSING OF A FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP -AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 10.06 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 67
WHEREAS, Section 10.06 of Ordinance No. 67 of the City
of Rolling Hills, California requires the City Clerk to demand and
receive a plan check fee for filing and checking a final subdivision
map; and
WHEREAS, the fees provided to be paid by said Ordinance
No. 67 for this service have been insufficient to defray the cost
incurred by the City of Rolling Hills in checking said final map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rolling Hills that the fee to be charged for plan
checking final subdivision maps hereafter filed, as required by
Section 10.06 of Ordinance No. 67 is changed, fixed and established
as follows:
(A) $450.00 per map, plus $7.00 for each lot in the
subdivision.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Resolution No. 215, passed,
approved and adopted on May 22, 1967 is hereby repealed.
