A RESOLUTION OF -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA RE:
CONTRACT FOR SUBDIVISION SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
pursuant to the terms and provisions of that written General Services
Agreement dated July 1, 1.970 entered into by and between the County
of Los Angeles and the City, does hereby request the County of Los
Angeles to provide through the Los Angeles County Regional Planning
Commission, subdivision services of its staff and/or Subdivision. Com®
mittee relative to thetechnical processing.cif subdivision maps
pertaining to property within the incorporated limits of the City,
said services provided being those required by the Subdivision,. Map
Act (Chapter 2, Part 2 of Division 4, of the Business and Professions
Code) and as also provided and defined by the City Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. It is hereby requested that the Board of Super-
visors of Los Angeles County approve and authorize the performance
of those teras and conditions set forth in said written General
Services Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified .
copy of this resolution to the Cleric of the Board of Supervisors.
