RESOLUTION NO. 256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF PARKS
AND RECREATION TO PROVIDE CERTAIN SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
pursuant to the teras and provisions of that written agreement en-
titled "GENERAL.SERVICES AGREEMENT" dated the 1st day of July, 1970
entered into by and between the County of Los Angeles and said City,
does hereby request the County of Los Angeles to provide, through
its Department of Parks and Recreation, certain services for the
city. Such services shallbe provided on request from the City
Council or its designated officer or agent: 1�oadsid.e Tree.
SECTION 2. It is hereby requested that the Board of.Super-
visors of Los Angeles County or its designated agency or agent,'
approve and authorize the performance of the services requested in
Section 1 of this resolution, subject to those terms and conditions
set forth in and referred to as "GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT''.
