A.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS RE.: CONTRACT FOR
PLANNING SERVICES OF THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Rolling hills,
pursuant to the terms and provisions of that written agreement en-
titled "GENERAL.SERVICES" dated July 1, 19708 entered into by and
between the County of Los Angeles and the City, does hereby request
the County of Los Angeles to provide through the Los Angeles County
Regional 'Planning Commission staff services of said Regional Planning
Commission to conduct planning studies as requested by the City.
SECTION 20 It is hereby requested that the Board of.Super-
visors of Los Angeles County approve and authorize the performance
of services requested in.Section 1 of this resolution, subject to
those terms and conditions set forth in said "GENERAL SERVICES"

V SECTION 3e The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
V copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
