RESOLUTION NO. 259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS REQUESTING ADDITIONAL
LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY OF
ROLLING.HILLS FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT UNDER THE LAW
ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION le The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
pursuant to the teras and provisions of the Law Enforcement Services
Agreement, dated duly 1, 1970, and entered into by and between the
County of Los Angeles and the City of Rolling Hills does hereby re-
quest the County of Los Angeles, through the County Sheriff's Depart-
ment, to provide additional law enforcement services, said services
being in addition to those heretofore requested by the Law -En=force-
ment Services Agreement.
SECTION 20 In addition to the general law enforcement services
now being provided to the City of Rolling Hills pursuant to the Law
Enforcement Services Agreement, the City Council hereby requests:
TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT
SECTION 3. It is hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors
or its designated agent or agency approve and authorize the performance
of services requested in this resolution, subject to the terms and con-
ditions set forth in the Law Enforcement.Services Agreement dated
July 1, 1970°
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, to
the County Sheriff's Office, and to the Chief Administrative Office,
County of Los Angeles.
