026139� RESOLUTION NO. 261 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1970 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1971, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills finds that it is_ necessary to adopt a budget for the City for the fiscal, year commencing July 1, 1970 and ending June 30, 1971, and to fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the department of the City of Rolling Hills, in. accordance with Section. 51508 of the Government Code; and Traffic Safety Fund Fines & Forfeitures 1,700000 TOTAL ESTIMATED RECEIPTS 173,190.00 BALANCE FORWARD - FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1970 52,043000 TOTAL $225,233.00 ESTIMATED DISBURSEMENTS: General Fund WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the City of Rolling Hills 100.00 for the fiscal year 1970-71 has been submitted to the City Council at Subdivision its meeting held July 13, 1970; and Forestry &_Fire Warden. 225.00 WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve and Area Maintenance Reimbursement adopt said proposed budget; City Attorney 6,615,00 City Manager 6,825.00 Deputy City Clerk/Secretary NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City of Rolling 1,352.00 Hills does adopt as a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1970 V V and ending June 30, 1971, the following receipts and expenditures: 3,210.00 ESTIMATED RECEIPTS: 2,000.00 Utilities General Fund Repairs & Maintenance 43000.00 Property Taxes $143,515.00 Subdivision.Fees 45500.00 Building & Other Permits 3,000.00 Variance Fees 200.00 Real Estate Transfer Tax 2,500.00 Cigarette Tax 4,000.00 Sales Tax 13000.00 House Trailer License Fees 175.00 158,890.00 Motor Vehicle Act in.
