RESOLUTION NO. 261
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JULY 1, 1970 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1971, AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES
NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
finds that it is_ necessary to adopt a budget for the City for the
fiscal, year commencing July 1, 1970 and ending June 30, 1971, and
to fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support
the department of the City of Rolling Hills, in. accordance with
Section. 51508 of the Government Code; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of California, the
amount of $143,515.00 is hereby fixed as the amount of revenue from
property taxes necessary to support the departments of the City of
Rolling Hills for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1970 and ending,
June 30, 1971.
