RESOLUTION NO. 266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE FEES TO BE
CHARGED FOR THE CHECKING AND PROCESSING OF A FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 10.06 OF
ORDINANCE N0, 67
WHEREAS, Section 10.06 of Ordinance No. 67 of the City of
Rolling Hills, California requires the City Clerk to demand and receive
a plan. check for filing and checking a final subdivision. map; and
WHEREAS, the fees provided to be paid by said Ordinance
No. 67 for'this service have been insufficient to defray the cost
incurred by the City of Rolling Hills in checking said final map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oi Rolling Hills that the fees to be charged for plan checking T
final subdivision maps hereafter filed, and for preparing Brownline
map changes, as required by Section 10.06 of Ordinance No. 67 is
changed, fixed and established as follows:
(A) $450.00 per map, plus $7.00 for each lot in the
subdivision
(B) $25.00 per lot for B,rownline map changes
BE IT FINALLY.RES.OLVE.D that Resolution No. 245, passed,
approved and adopted on January 12, 1969 is hereby repealed.
