A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING RIDING OR LEADING HORSES OR OTHER
ANIMALS ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF PORTUGUESE BEND ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 1.08 of Ordinance No. 16, as amended, of the
City of Rolling Hills, California, authorizes the City Council of the
City of 4olling Hills, to prohibit leading or riding horses or other
animals on any road or portion thereof in the City of Rolling Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 'in compliance with the
provisions of Section 10.08 of Ordinance No. 16, as amended, of the
City of Rolling Hills, California, the City Council does hereby find
and declare that the riding or leading of horses or other animals on
Portuguese Bend Road in the area bounded on the north by Lower Saddle- "
back Road, and on the south by Upper Saddleback Road, creates a.dqrlger-
ous traffic hazard, and is therefore prohibited
