A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY -OF
ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JULY 1, 1971 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1972, AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES
NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS 'OF. THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
finds that it is necessary to adopt a budget for the City for the
fiscal year commencing July 1, 1971 and ending June 30, 1972, and
to fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support
the department of the City of Rolling Hills, in accordance with
Section 51508 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the City of Rolling Hills
for the fiscal year 1971-72 has been submitted to the City Council at
its meeting held July 12, 1971; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve and
adopt said proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Rolling
Hills does adopt as a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1971
and ending June 30, 1972, the following receipts and expenditures:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to the provisions
of Section 51508 of the Government Code of the Government Code of the
State.of California, the amount of $146,605 is hereby fixed as the
amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the depart-
ments of the City of Rolling Hills for the fiscal year commencing
July 1.,,1971 and ending June 30, 1972.
