A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF, THE,,CITY OF--.;,,

ROLLINGHILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING -A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE CITY SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR THE SOUTHERN,
CALIFORNIA RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
California, has been requested to appoint a representative and an
alternate to the City Selection Committee, which Committee will
thereafter elect four representatives to the Southern California
Rapid Transit District. I
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Edward L. Pearson,
Mayor, and Ted Bear, Mayor pro tem,of.the City of Rolling,Hills
be and they are appointed respectively as the representative and
alternate for the City of Rolling Hill ' sj-to represent said City on
the City Selection Committee to elect four representatives
ntatives or
directors for the Southern California Rapid Transit District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall sign this
Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to -the
passage and adoption thereof.
