RESOLUTION NO. 287
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FINDING AND DECLARING THAT THE
PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN'PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS
THE "FLYING TRIANGLE EXTENSION" SHOULD PROCEED
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills resolves
that:
1. Owners of contiguous and uninhabited land having
heretofore filed their consent in writing to the annexation
of said land to the City of Rolling Hills, and the proceedings
for annexation of said land located in a territory designated
as the "Flying Triangle Extension", having heretofore been
authorized by the Local Agency Formation Commission of the
County of Los Angeles, without notice, hearing or election,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 54797.1 of the Govern-
ment Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, DOES ELECT TO PROCEED
WITH THE ANNEXATION OF THE SAID TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
AS THE "FLYING TRIANGLE EXTENSION", the legal description of
said territory being attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and marked "Exhibit A".
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Rolling Hills on this 25th day of September, 1972.

Rolling Hills, California at a regular meeting thereof held on
