0290560011911 RESOLUTION NO. 290 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DETERMINING THAT`NO SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT RESULTS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IM- PROVEMENTS IN SAID CITY WHEREAS, the City of Rol'l'ing Hills 'and the Rolling Hills Community.Homeowners Association are proposing certain civic improvements to wit: Relocation of th'e'-Portuguese Bend Road Gatehouse; Construction of a City Maintenance Ficility; Construc- tion of Two Additional Community Tennis Courts and Appurtenant Support Facilities, Landscaping, and such other items as may be required in the creation of these improvements; and WHEREAS, the Rolling Hills City Planning Commission; the Rolling Hills Community Association Board of Directors and Architectural Committee, and theRolling Hills City Council have on various occasions met in open and/or public hearings and meetings to evaluate the proposed projects and their potential environmental impact; and WHEREAS, each of the above public and quasi -public entities determined -.that no adverse nor irreversible environmental changes would occur as a result of these public improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ,of Rolling Hills finds that no significant environmental effect can be attributed to any of these public improvements and determines that no Environmental Impact Report as described by Public Resource Code Chapter 3, Section 21100 et. seq. shall be required by the city for such public improvement projects.
