RESOLUTIONOF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING
REPRESENTATION BY THE CITY BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS the California Water Service Company, a Public
Utility which supplies the City of Rolling Hills with water service,
has filed an application with the Public Utilities Commission.of the
State of -California for an increase in rates for water sold to the
residents of the City of Rolling Hills, and
WHEREAS the said Public Utilities Commission has desig-
nated May 1, 2 and 3, 1973 at the City of Rolling Hills as the time
for the holding of public hearings on the application for said in-
crease in rates, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Rolling'Hills is r.
of the opinion that the residents of the City of Rolling Hills should
be represented at said hearings for the purpose of introducing test'l'-..'
mony at said hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT -Ted Bear-, Thomas Heinsheimer, Edward Pears -on, Teena
Clifton and William:Kinley, either collectively or separately, are
appointed to represent the City of Rolling Hills.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1973.
