RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA9 ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE
LONG-TERM GENERAL PLAN FOR SAID CITY
WHEREAS, Section 65300 of the Government Code of the State of
California requires that the City of Rolling Hills adopt a Comprehensive
Long-term General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills
has prepared such a Plan and has held a public hearing on each of the
elements of said Plan as required by Section 65351 of said Government
Code, and thereafter adopted said Plan as the Comprehensive Long -term -
General Plan for the City of Rolling Hills; and
WHEREAS., said Plan has been transmitted -to the City,Council
of the City of Rolling Hills for adoption and approval as required by
the Government Code; and
WHEREAS; the .City Council of the City of Rolling Hills has on
the 14th day of May, 19739 held a public hearing for the purpose of
allowing the residents of the City of Rolling Hills to examine and
discuss all of the elements of said Plan, and that the notice of the
time and place of said public hearing was given. at least ten calendar
days -before the date thereof, in the manner and as required by Section
65351 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS9 the City Council finds and declares that said
Comprehensive General Long-term Plan will have no significant effect
on the environment of the City of Rolling Hills;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Long-
term General Plan transmitted by the Planning Commission to the City
Council for approval as aforesaid, be adopted and approved as the
Comprehensive Long-term General Plan of the City of Rolling Hills.
