RESOLUTION NO. 304
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SAID CITY
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SALES
AND USE TAXES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this City Council
an agreement providing that the State Board of Equalization of the
State of California be authorized and empowered to administer and
collect local sales and use taxes; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Rolling Hills to enter into an agreement providing for the collec-
tion and administration of all of said taxes by the State of Cali-
fornia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rolling
Hills, through its administrative officer, the City Clerk, be author-
ized and empowered to enter into that certain agreement entitled
"Agreement for State Administration of Local Sales and Use Taxes".
