That'the City of Rolling Hills joins with its neighboring cities of the South Bay community to urge the County of Lo's".':n Angeles to give full and thoughtful consideration, to the.nee.d for:.n.ew-,g Y services in the field of alcoholism in this area, and that the County Board of Supervisors encourage the Department of County Health Services to develop in this region the services made possible by State funding. fo.r-'`'this, ,purpose, SECTION 2.
