RESOLUTION OF, THE.'CITY COUNCIL OF THE --CITY OF-.,-.,
ROLLING, HILLS,, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING.- THE -
LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PASS SENATE BILL 1892
WHEREAS',, the City Council believes that it, is desirable .,for
this, -City to have.the opportunity to.place its Workmen-'s.,Compensatiori-
Ifisurance with either the State Fund as presently required by law or a
private insurance carrier as proposed by said Senate Bill 1892, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills has
determined that it is in the best interest of the residents of this City
thAt Senate Bill.1892 is passed by legislature of.the State of

NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rolling Hills request the legislature of the State of CalifAr,;."
nia to pass Senate Bill 1892 as introduced by Senator Craig Biddle,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be. -
forwarded to Senator Craig Biddle and to the senator and assemblyman
representing the City of Rolling Hills in the legislature of the State
of California.
