A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD OF SAID CITY, AND FEES TO BE PAID
TO THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS FOR FILING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IM-
PACT REPORT AND APPEALING FROM A DECISION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY BOARD, AS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 8, 17 and 19 OF ORDINANCE
NO. U-33 AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills has here-
tofore adopted Urgency Ordin.an.ce No. U-33, and amended said Ordinance by
Urgency Ordinance No. U-34, which Ordinances created an Environmental
Quality Board for the City of Rolling Hills as required by Sections
21,000 to 21,151 inclusive of the Public Resources Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, Section 8 of siad Ordinance No. U-33, as amended, fur-
ther requires the City Council to fix a fee for filing an application
for an Environmental Impact Report in. a sufficient sum to defray the
expenses incurred by the City of Rolling Hills in processing said En-
viron.men.tal Impact Report, as required by the above quoted Sections of
the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 19 of said Ordinance No. U-33 as amended re-
quires the City Council to fix a fee filing an appeal from a decision
of the Environmental Quality Board to defray the costs incurred by the
City of Rolling Hills in processing said appeal, as required by said
Section 19;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the regular meetings of the
Environmental Quality Board of the City of Rolling Hills shall be held
in the Administration Building of the City of Rolling Hills, No. 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California, on the second and
fourth Tuesdays of each month (commencing with the month of July, 1974)
at the hour of 8:30 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee for filing an application
for an Environmental Impact Report or for filing siad report and appli-
cation shall be fixed at the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($150.00)
DOLLARS, which sum shall be paid to the City Clerk as required by
Section 17 of said Ordinance No. 33 as amended -
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution be made
available for inspection and distribution, to residents of the City of
Rolling Hills and other interested parties at the Administration Office
of the City of Rolling Hills.
