A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 314 ENTITLED
0°A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
BOARD OF SAID CITY,.AND FEES TO BE PAID TO THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS FOR FILING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT AND APPEALING FROM A DECISION OF THE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD, AS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS
8, 17 and 19 OF ORDINANCE N0, U-33, AS AMENDEDO°
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills has
heretofore passed, approved and adopted Resolution No. 314, which
Resolution fixed the time and place for the holding of -the regular
meetings of the Environmental Quality Board of said City on the
second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the hour of 8030 aam®;and
WHEREAS, the members of the Environmental Quality Board
desire to fix a different time and place for the meeting of said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the regular meetings of
the Environmental Quality Board of the City of Rolling Hills shall be
held in -the Administration Building of the City of Rolling Hills, at
No. 2 Portuguese Bend Road, on the first and third Monday of each
01 month at the hour of 8030 a.m., commencing with the third Monday of
August, at 8030 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that special meetings of the Environ®
mental Quality Board may be held by order of the Chairman of the Board,
on the condition that at least ten days' notice, in writing, of the time
and place of said meeting is given to each member of said Board, and to
all parties scheduled to appear before it, and to each member of the
media who has filed.a request for special notice of said meetings.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution,

City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of
