A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF `l.'HE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
BEING A NOTICE OF INTENT AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION
WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES IN THE JOINT DEVELOPMENT AND
SUBMITTAL OF 911. TENTATIVE PLANS TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BY JANUARY 31., 1975 OR ANY OTHER DAVE THAT MAY BE PRESCRIBED

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROILING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS -0
SECTION to The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby
notifies the County of los Angeles that it desires the City and its
designated represen.tabi.ves to participate with the County of Los Angeles
and its designated representatives in the joint development and submittal
of 911 Tentative Plans to the State of California and Local Public
Utilities by January 31, 1975, or any other date that may be prescribed
by law.

SECTION 3. It is understood that the letter of intent is not

SECTION 4. The City Cleric is directed to forward two certified
copies of this Notice of Intent to the.County of los Angeles Director
of Communications, Edward Wo Messinger, 183 Hall of Administration,
500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, California.
