A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE COUNTY ASSESSOR TO
PROVIDE SAID CITY WITH AN ESTIMATE OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has adopted new budgetary
procedures; and
WHEREAS, the said new procedures require that the City have,
as soon as is practicable, an estimate of the assessed valuation of
all land and improvements in the City of Rolling Hills; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills does employ the County
U- Assessor of Los Angeles County to fix the assessed value of all
property and improvements in the City of Rolling Hills;
V NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rolling Hills that the County Assessor of the County of Los Angeles
provide the City Treasurer of the City of Rolling Hills at the earliest
possible date an estimate of the assessed valuation of all land and
improvements within the boundaries of the City of Rolling Hills for
the fiscal year 1975-76.
