RESOLUTION NO. 333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS INCREASING
THE FILING FEES FOR FINAL AND TENTATIVE MAPS, AS
REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 67
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 67 of the City of Rolling Hills,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Rolling Hills Regulating and
Controlling the Design and Improvement of Subdivisions and Other
Divisions of Property", in Section 4.06 and 10.06, provides for the
City Council to fix the fees to be paid for checking and processing
tentative and final maps, on all subdivisions in the City; and
WHEREAS, the cost of checking and processing tentative
and final maps has increased 15%;

V NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fees to be paid
by a subdivider for checking and processing tentative and final maps
shall be as follows:
1. For a tentative map of three lots or less, $575, plus
any additional cost incurred by the City in connection therewith;
2. For checking and processing a tentative map of more
than three lots, the sum of $1,000 plus any additional cost incurred
by the City in connection therewith;
3. For checking and processing a final map, the sum of
$575 plus $15 per lot and an additional sum of $30 per lot, the cost
of preparing a brown -line map.
