A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE RATE.OF TAXES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY :1, 1975 AND ENDING JUNE 305 1976
WHEREAS, by resolution heretofore adopted pursuant to the
provisions of Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of
California, the City Council fixed $191,468 as the amount of revenue
1from property taxes necessary to support the departments of the City
of Rolling Hills, for the current fiscal year commencing July 1, 1975
`and ending June 30, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the City of .Rolling,Hills previously elected to
assume financial responsibility for services provided City residents
by the Consolidated Fire Protection District pursuant to Section
43073 (a) of the Government Code, and
WHEREAS, the total assessed value of all property within the
City of Rolling Hills is $22,007,800,
• NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 51511 of the Government
U- Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills does resolve as follows:

V 1. RESOLVED that there is hereby levied for municipal pur-
poses upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) worth (assessed valuation)
of property in the City of Rolling Hills, exclusive 'of property which
is tax exempt, for the fiscal year commencin July 1, 1975 and ending
June 30, 1976, a tax of EIGHTY SEVEN CENTS (�.87).

4. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Clerk be, and she hereby
is, instructed to file with the County Auditor of the County of Los
Angeles on.or before September 1, 1975 a certified copy of this
resolution.
