A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FINDING AND DECLARING
THAT THE PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY
DESIGNATED AS THE "WEST CRENSHAW ROAD EXTENSION"
SHOULD PROCEED.:
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills resolves that:
1._ The owner of contiguous and uninhabited land having
heretofore filed its consent in writing to the annexation of
said land to the City of Rolling Hills, and the proceedings
for annexation of said land located in a territory designated
as the "West Crest Road Extension", having heretofore been
authorized by Local Agency Formation Commission of the County
of Los Angeles, without notice, hearing, or election, pursuant
to the provisons.of Section 54797.1 of the Government Code..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Rolling Hills, California, does elect_to
proceed with the annexation of said territory known and
designated as the "West Crest Road Extension', the legal
description of which territory being attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A", and made a part hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Rolling Hills, California, on this eighth day of
December, 1975.

Beginning at the intersection of that certain course having
a bearing and length of N."2* 18' 57" W 201.97 feet in the
easterly boundary of Lot 11 of Tract No. 23163 as shown on
map ftled in_ Book 6.32, pages 63 to 66 inclusive of Maps, in
the office of -the Recorder of the County- -of Los Angeles and
a-, line parallel with and 25 feet northeasterly, measured .at
right angles, from that certain course having -a bearing and
length of 'N 37* 05' 04" W 229.64 feet in the southwesterly
boundary of said lot, said intersection being a point in the
boundary of the City of Rolling Hills as same existed on
October 9,- 1975; thence northwesterly along said parallel
line a distance of 91.59 feet; thence southwesterly at right

Hills and the City of Rancho Palos Verdes as a result of
this relocation, is a line described as follows:
