RESOLUTION NO. 363-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPROVING ASSIGNMENT BY CITY TO THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTATES ONE-HALF OF THE THREE YEAR APPORTION-
MENT OF FEDERAL AID URBAN FUNDS FOR THE F ISCAL•YEARS OF
1973-742, 1974-75, AND 1975-76.
WHEREAS,' the City of.Rolling Hills has determined that one-
half of the,Three Year Apportionment of Federal Aid Urban Funds
allocated !to the.City for the fiscal years of 19.73-74., 1974-75 and
1975-76 would benefit the City if 'the funds were assigned to the
neighboring.Cty ofRol,ling Hills.Estates, the City therefore requests
transfer of these funds.to the City of Rolling Hills Estates.
NOW, THEREFORE9 THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS,
.CALIFORNIA, DOES'RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION, lo', The City. shall assign to the City of Rolling
Hills Estates one-half Iof the Three Year Apportionment of Federal Aid
Urban Funds in the estimated amount of $12,300000 allocated to the City
for the fiscal years of 1.973-74, 197475, and 1975-76, such funds to
be used at the dfseretion of the'City of Rolling Hills Estates,
SECTION 20 The City Council requests that the Joint
Cooperative'Fe�deral.Aid Urban Committee indicate acceptance of this
conveyance of funds at its earliest convenience.
SECTION 30 The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward
certified copies of this Resolution to the Joint Cooperative Federal
Aid Urban Committee, California Department of Transportation., and to
the Los.Angeles County Road Commissioner.
