A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLINn HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOT 7 OF
TRACT 29383, CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED that the City of Rolling Hills be authorized
tc accept as a gift from Clifton A. Hix and Elizabeth Hix,
that certain parcel of real property located in the City
of Rolling Hills, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
designated as Lot 7 of Tract 29383, as recorded in Book 864,
Page 12, of Maps, in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor or other
appropriate City Officer is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Acceptance which is attached to said deed,
to complete the conveyance of said real property from
Clifton A. Hix and Elizabeth Hix, to the City of Rolling
Hills, California, a municipal corporation.
