RESOLUTION NO. 368
A RESOLUTION QF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPOINTING THE COUNTY ENGINEER OF THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES AS THE CITY ENGINEER
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to The Couhty Engineer of the County of Los Angeles
is hereby appointed as the City Engineer of the City of Rolling Hills
for the purpose of performing those engineering functions which may
be requested by the City Council and approved by the Board of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County, pursuant to the General Services
Agreement or other agreements between the City and the County.
SECTION 2. The County Engineer is hereby authorized to
designate his 6hief Deputy to approve on his behalf any official City
business undef his jurisdiction when it is necessary for him to be,
absent front his place of work due to illness, official business, or
vacation. ,
SECTION 3. To expedite the approval of certain matters, the
County Engineer may delegate certain of his deputies to approve on
his behalf City sanitary sewer and storm drain plans, tentative sub-
division requirements, final tract and parcel maps and related
documents, letters of transmittal, and reports on activities.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resotibn and shall txansfnit a certified copy thereof to ,the <.
County of Los Angeles.
