0369RESOLUTION NO. 369 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY -OF ROLLING HILLS.FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1976 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1977, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills finds that it is necessary to adopt a budget for the City for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1977, and to fixithe amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the departments of the City of Rolling Hills, in accordance with Section 51508 of the Gevernment Code,; and f. WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the City of Rolling Hills for the fiscal year'1976-77 has been submitted to the City Council at'its meeting held June 14, 1976; and WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve and adopt said proposed budget; NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Rolling Hills does adopt as a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1976 and V ending June 30, 1977, the following receipts and expenditures: V ESTIMATED RECEIPTS: Taxes Property Tax $171,497 Cigarette Tax 4,340 Sales Tax 2,200 Real Estate Transfe Tax 5,500 Revenue - Other Agencies M tar Vehe in Lieu 18,000 House Trailer Fees- 100 CETA Grant 21,375 Fed.
