RESOLUTION NO. 374
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS DESIGNATING THE AGENCIES OF THE
CITY TO PREPARE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE POLITICAL
REFORM ACT OF 1974 AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION
OF SUCH CODES
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does
hereby resolve:
Section 1: The following agencies of the City are
hereby designated to prepare and adopt a Conflict of Interest Code in
accordance with the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974:
Executive and Administrative Staff:
City Manager
City Attorney
Planning Commission
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to
furnish the "Conflict of Interest Code" approved by this City Council
to the above designated agencies to be used by said agencies as a
basis for the preparation of their proposed Codes.
Section 3: The above designated agencies are direc-
ted to prepare a proposed Conflict of Interest Code and submit it to
the City Council no later than November 1976°
Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
