RESOLUTION N0, 376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
FIXING THE.FEES TO BE PAID FOR THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS
OR REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 67, as amended, of the City of Rolling
Hills, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY'OF ROLLING HILLS REGULATING
AND CONTROLLING THE DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT OF SUBDIVISIONS AND OTHER
DIVISIONS OF PROPERTY", provides for the payment of fees by a subdivider
for the processing of final and tentative maps pursuant to said
ordinance but does not provide for a fee to be paid to the City by the
owner of the property for the processing of applications or a request
for a certificate of compliance pursuant -to Section 66499035 of the
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 66451,2 of the Government Code provides that
the City Council may establish reasonable fees for processing the
tentative, final and parcel maps and for other procedures required or
authorized b the Subdivision Ma Act• and

V WHEREAS, the Planning Advisor of the City of Rolling Hills
V has advised that the cost of processing an.application or request for
a Certificate of Compliance is approximately $250;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fee to be paid by the
owner of real property requesting a Certificate of Compliance pursuant
to Section 66499035 of the Government Code shall be fixed at $250 plus
any additional sums of money expended or costs incurred by the City
in the processing of said application or request.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that said fee of $250 shall be paid to
the City Clerk prior to the processing of said application or request
by the City of Rolling Hills and that any other sums of money expended
or costs -incurred by the City of Rolling Hills in processing said
application or request shall be paid•by said owner upon demand of the
City Clerk,
