A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
AUTHORIZING ITS' GRANT UNDER THE STATE BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL
AND HISTORICAL FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 1974 TO BE UTILIZED BY
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES
WHEREAS, under the formula developed by the Cities of Los
Angeles County to allocate funds from the State Beach, Park Recreational
and Historical Facilities Bond Act of 1974, the City of Rolling Hills is
entitled to file grant request totalling $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is possible for cities to join together to file
applications for,combined grants, or for one City to designate the use
of its .grant funds for a project in another City which will be of ben^eht
to the residents of the granting City, and
WHEREAS., the City of Rolling Hills Estates is planning the
development of Dapplegray Park adjacent to the City of Rolling Hills,
and
WHEREAS, Dapplegray Park will contain facilities which wi;L1
be used and enjoyed by the City of Rolling Hills citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Rolling Hills
authorizes the City of Rolling Hills Estates to utilize the City of

Rolling Hills grant of $10,000.00 by applying for these funds for
development of Dapplegray Park under the State Beach, Park, Recreational
and Historical Facilities Bond Act of 1974.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 1977.
