A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER. TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS,OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 5
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby
resolve that Thomas F. Heinsheimer, a member of the -City Council,of,
the City of Rolling Hills, is hereby selected and designated as an
alternate member of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No. 5 of Los Angeles County to act in the place of the
presiding officer of the City Council during his absence,.inability
Z or refusal to act as a member of said Board of Directors,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 19770

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California
