RESOLUTION NO. 385
A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS INCREASING FEES TO BE PAID BY AN APPLICANT FOR
RECLASSIFICATION, AMENDMENT, ZONING CHANGE, VARIANCE,
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, OR FOR ANY OTHER RELIEF PROVIDED
BY ORDINANCE NOo 33
WHEREAS, Section 8:04 of Ordinance Noo 33 grants to the City of
Rolling Hills the right to designate and fix the fees to be provided to
be paid by the applicant for a reclassification, amendment, zoning change,
variance, conditional use permit, or for any other relief provided by
Ordinance No. 33; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore fixed the fee
to be paid by an applicant who applies for a reclassification; amendment,
zoning change, variance, conditional use permit or any other relief pro-
vided by said Ordinance in the sum of $75; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Manager
that said sum of money is insufficient to cover the actual costs incurred
by the City in processing said applications by the City staff, and
recommends to the, City Council that said fee be increased to the sum of
$150, which sum would pay the actual expense and costs incurred in proms
cessing any of said applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the'City
of Rolling Hills that the fee for any applicant for a reclassification,
amendment, zoning change, variance, conditional use permit, or for.any
other relief provided by Ordinance No. 33 be and the same is hereby
fixed at the sum of $150.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said above designated fee shall
be effective on the 27th day of June, 1977°

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 27th day of June, 1977'by the
