03952-5. RESOLUTION NO. 395 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING AN ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR SOLID WASTE CONTROL WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles and its incoporated citiev, are required by Section 66796 of the Government Code to designate an enforcement agency to carry out the provisions of the Z°berg-Kapiloff Solid Waste Control Act of 1976; and WHEREAS, the County and each city within the County of Los Angeles has designated or will designate its own enforcement agency; and WHEREAS, the Los Angeles,County Department of Health Services working in conjunction with the City Engineer possesses the required capabilities in environmental health and solid waste management to. implement the Z°berg-Kapiloff Solid Waste Control Act of 1976 and the regulations and ordinances that have been and will be adopted pursuant thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills that it hereby designates the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services as the enforcement agency for the City of Rolling Hills, pursuant to subsection (a) (3) of Section 66796 of the Government Code. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 19770 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of October 1977 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmembers Heinsheimer, Pernell, Swanson Mayor Crocker NOES: Councilman Rose ABSENT: None
