- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING':H-ILLS INCREASING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR
APPEALING A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION -
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Rolling Hills
provides a procedure whereby an applicant may appeal from an
adverse decision made by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the present fee fixed by the Planning Commission
for.. =the filing of such an appeal is the sum of $150; and
WHEREAS,.said fee is.,insufficient to cover the cost of
processing and hearing said apeal;
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rolling Hills that the fee for filing an appeal from a
decision of the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills
shall be the sum of $250, which fee shall be paid to the City Clerk
at the time of filing said appeal.
