RESOLUTION NO. 404
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS INCREASING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED
FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 67 of the City of Rolling Hills
authorizes the City Council of said City to fix the charges to
be paid by a subdivider for the subdividing of land in the City
of Roiling Hills; and
WHEREAS, the fees now charged by said City are insufficient
to cover the costs of checking and processing the maps, reports and
documents in connection with said subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Rolling Hills that it is necessary to increase the subdi-
vision fees to be paid by a subdivider for the division of land in
said City as follows:
1° $1,200°00 payable at the time of filing the tentative map.
2° $1,200°00 plus $20°00 for each lot in said subdivision and
$50°00 per lot for brownline map changes, payable at the
time of filing the final map.
