RESOLUTION NO. 410
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS REQUESTING THE ASSESSOR OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY TO
FURNISH THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AN ESTIMATE OF
ASSESSED VALUATION OF ALL PROPERTY WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION
WHEREAS,
the County Assessor of
Los Angeles
County has been
designated by -the
City of Rolling Hills
as its City
Assessor and as
such has the duty of assessing all property within the jurisdiction
of said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council requires an estimate of the assessed
valuation of the property within the jurisdiction of the City of Roll-
ing Hills for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1979 and ending

June 30, 1980, prior to May 15, 1979 in order to properly prepare an
estimated budget for said City as provided for in Government Code
Section 27421,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rolling Hills that the Assessor of Los Angeles County, designated_
as the Assessor of the City of Rolling Hills, be requested to furnish
the City with an estimate of the assessed valuation of property within
the jurisdiction of said City for the fiscal year commencing July 1,
1979 and ending June 30, 1980, prior to May 15, 1979, as required by
Section 27421 of the Government Code of the State of California.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution
be delivered by the City Council to the Assessor of Los Angeles County
designated as the Assessor for the City of Rolling Hills, prior to
February 20, 1979.
