RESOLUTION NO. 416
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS.IN THE SOUTH BAY CRIMINAL
JUSTICE APPREHENSION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills was a participant
in the South Bay Burglary Team Program, which program has now been
changed to the South Bay Criminal Apprehension Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills now desires to
participate in said South Bay Criminal Apprehension Program, and
to pay its proportionate share of the cost of said program as set
forth in a cost schedule attached to a :letter dated'April 5, 1979
from Frank V. Meehan, Project Director .and Chief of Police of the
V City of Redondo Beach,. California;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Rolling Hills does agree to participate in said Program, and the
City Manager, is authorized to expend the sum of $336.60 from the
funds of the City.
PASSED; APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1979.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 416 was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of June, 1979 by
the following vote:.
