A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS IN THE SOUTH BAY CRIMINAL
JUSTICE APPREHENSION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills was a participant
in the South Bay Burglary Team Program, which program has now been
changed to the South Bay Criminal Apprehension Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills now desires to
participate in said South Bay Criminal Apprehension Program, and
.to pay its proportionate share of the cost of said program.as set
forth in a cost schedule attached to a letter dated July 5, 1979
from Frank V. Meehan, Project Director.and Chief of Police of the

V City of Redondo Beach, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thq.t the City of
Rolling Hills does agree to participate in said Program, and
the City Manager is authorized to expend the sum of $377.25 from
the funds of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1979.
