RESOLUTION NO. 420
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DELEGATING
THE ENFORCEMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 171 OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS TO THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
adopted Ordinance No. 171, which Ordinance adopted by reference
Ordinance No. 112886 of the County of Los Angeles, and is
designated as the "Solid Waste Ordinance of the City of Rolling
Hills", and
WHEREAS, said Solid Waste Ordinance designates the County
of Los Angeles as the enforcement agency to enforce the terms and
provisions of said Ordinance;
NOW', 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of .-Los
Angeles is designated and appointed as the enforcement agency of
the City of Rolling Hills. for the purpose of enforcing the terms
an.d provisions of this Ordinance No. 171.
