A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
1094.6 OF THE CODE OF CIVIL"PROCEDURE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, AND MAKING SAID SECTION APPLICABLE
TO ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS INSTITUTED AGAINST
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
WHEREAS, Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of.
the State of California entitled "Time Limit for Seeking Review
of Administrative Determinations: Preparation of Record: Appli-
cation in Local Agency: provides for the time limit in which
actions or proceedings can be filed against local agencies
(including the City of Rolling Hills) and certain procedures
to be followed in requesting preparation of the record of said
proceedings by any person, firm, corporation or association
seeking review of any decision of the City Council of the City
of Rolling Hills or any of its commissions, boards, officers or
agents; and
WHEREAS,. said Section 1094(g) provides that the City of
Rolling Hills may adopt a resolution making the provisions of
said Section 1094.6 applicable to all actions or proceedings
�. instituted against the.City for review of any decision made by
said City or any commission, board, officer or agent thereof;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
desires to adopt the provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code
of Civil Procedure of the State of California as required by
paragraph (g) of said Section for the benefit of the City of
Rolling Hills, and make the same applicable to all actions and
proceedings filed against the City of Rolling Hills or any com-
mission, board, officer or agent thereof, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of
the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Rolling Hills does adopt the provisions of Section
1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California
and make applicable each and every provision of said Section and
the provisions thereof, including the time limits for seeking
review provided for in said Section, applicable to any action
or proceedings instituted against the City of Rolling Hills or
any commission, board, officer or agent thereof, to review any
decision of said City or any of its commissions, board, officers
or agents.
