Recycle containers or automated carts do not articulate with the type of trucks used in the City and so are not offered here.” FRONTIER GOVERNMENTAL LIAISON The recent rainstorms have caused prolonged service interruptions in the community, specifically services provided by Frontier Communications. Frontier Communications recently hired a Vice President of External Affairs, Doug McAllister to work with local government to understand and meet service needs.
