PLANNING PORTALS
The City has been ramping up its online services to
provide the public with remote access. Residents may
now submit development applications online and upload
plans and documents. Over-The-Counter and
Administrative Applications can be processed fairly
quickly to allow residents to move forward on smaller
projects such as reroofs, interior remodels, and small
additions. Discretionary Applications will require Planning
Commission and City Council review.
Archived planning documents are available under
“Planning Project Reports Archive.” The system, powered
by Laserfiche, allows you to search for Planning
documents by address. Archived records such as staff
reports, resolutions, and correspondences are available.
However, sensitive documents such as house plans are
not. To submit a development application online or view
archived planning documents, visit: https://www.rolling-
