If there is an issue with the roads or bridle trails, such as a fallen tree, contact one of the RHCA gates and they will call maintenance staff. The main gate number is 310-377-4318. City Hall and the RHCA offices are closed nights and weekends so voice messages and emails are not always checked immediately. Downed power lines and power outages can be reported to Southern California Edison (SCE) • by phone at 800-655-4555, • online at www.sce.com/outage, or through the MySCE app. • The SCE website and MySCE app allow you to see reported outages and the estimated time to restore power. • You can also contact South Bay District Manager, Robert Brambila, at 310-903-2787 for emergencies. Residents are reminded to avoid downed power lines especially during a storm.
